  1. Why cant these people pick up a Christmas tree the same day as the trash day like they use to, now I have no pickup and they said this week now they say later terriable!

  2. They have time to ticket my trashcan but not to pick it up if you are going to have rules about how you pick up trash print them on the can!

  5. Very rude ,inconsiderate and never answer their phones. And on trash day trash goes everywhere and is not picked up. Wish the city would find another service and trashcan them.

  6. They can’t even answer the phone… They are taking in millions of dollars from the people and can’t hire someone to answer the phone?? They don’t compensate their employees adequately either. They say they are Christian but operate in a selfish manner.

  7. I just scheduled a pick up. The person on the phone was helpful and answered all my questions. I like that I get two free pick ups a year. It saves the trip to the dump.

  11. Have 2 separate invoices one credit one bill. their bookkeeping is confusing. Tried calling no answer, no machine to leave messages. I’d like to get paid for not doing my job!!!

  12. Telephone service very poor. This is inexcusable.
    Considering the 20 year monopoly given to Advance by the city and the guaranteed income they have, improving customer telephone service would be easily within their budget, without again raising rates.

  13. They do not answer the phone. I called and left a voice mail to receive a call back (as promised on their messages) but never did. I highly doubt its that hard to answer a phone while in an office handling other things, it it called multitasking.

  14. They have made errors on our bills for over 7 years. They still have an unresolved billing issue from when they switched billing systems. Hope Hesperia fires them and finds new company. Service is insufficient and every other week we have to call to tell them the truck passed our block.

  15. Worst company ever to deal with. Sold my house and canceled service in my name. Three months later still getting charged, and now has gone to collections. Derogatory marks on my credit which will take months to reverse. All while being in the middle of refinancing my new house. Can not get help on the phone either.

  16. Same as other phone service is poor, 15 minutes on hold then hung up on.
    I did leave a message and did get a call back from a very helpful person and they sent a truck out right away. So next time I will wait for the message prompt then leave a message .this is my recommendation: just leave the message

  17. Called to cancel service. There requirements were out of line. The person who answered hung up on me after requesting a supervisor. Who is this world supplies great customer service anymore. What are those senior’s to do now that everything has to be done online. Technology has ruined service. Overall very poor service!!!!!

I don’t understand the bad reviews they have always been awesome and efficient on pick ups people love to complain these days nobody wants to post the good never had issues in fact I had a broken wheel they fixed it just like they said they would! Picked up my old dresser early on the day stated……
