They never answer the phones, my god it’s so annoying. Always sends me to voicemail, I think I only talked to them once out of the 50 times I called.
I have a car loan with them. Great rates. I do wish I could pay my note online tho…

Worst credit union. fees for everything even a copy of your loan statement. can’t update your address on a loan without it in writing, but no access online to fill out a form. Hate this place.
Great place to get a car loan, some of the lowest rates in the area. Their checking account has no monthly fee and no minimum balance. #bankbetter #bankwithacreditunion

Great financial institution. Loan rates, checking account options and the customer service is what influenced my rating. Only two locations in NWI is not as convenient however I live close to one of them so I have no complaints.
