I love Dr. Robinson and his staff. The staff is friendly and considerate. They take time with evaluating you. I have been seeing them for years. I recently took my 7 y/o in for his first eye exam. They were so patient and good with him.
Each person I dealt with was attentive and pleasant. The problem is there are too many technicians with substantial waits at each station to access testing equipment, etc. & no one obvious manager to check progress when these waits go on too long. You’re never sure if you haven’t been forgotten.

Everyone from the front office to the assistants, and doctors are extremely kind. I’ve been seeing Dr. Russo and in an emergency when she was on vacation the staff found out what I needed and in minutes called me back with prescriptions and instructions. Beautiful office!

They have no respect for people’s time and obligations. I waited for 45 minutes (after checking-in), and I had to leave and go back to work without seeing. They scheduled so many patients at the same time, so if someone does not show up, they do not miss a payment.

It went very efficiently. The girl who did the click (peripheral) test was not very friendly but efficient. Everyone else was over the top. So much better than it was, say, five years ago! If not for her, I would definitely have given them 5 stars!
