I came to did examinations for my ankle in January. I paid over $300 for the examinations on the same day. But received a $500 bill in May and I found on the bill that there is a $800 item saying “Walking boot…”, which I never did.
Before I seen the doctor they charged and diagnosed me. They charged me $70.00 and told me what i already knew, then never prescribed me any medication. Each time I call they don’t answer. I wish I could give them a 0.
Staff is very kind and respectful. Communication between people who tell you services offered and actual services performed is tremendously lacking. Doctor I saw really did not seem to care about what I was there for. Still paid the office visit price for 5 minutes of his time. Would absolutely not recommend.
I was able to call in as a new patient AND see the actual doctor that same day. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and Dr. Dawson was amazing. Much better than the Onestar offices I have dealt with in the past.
