Because I can never get a live person on the phone in scheduling dept. Was hospitalized over weekend and cannot make 12:30 appt today (01/30/16).

My Advanced Imaging experience left me feeling irritated with the lack of parking, the congested, frenzied waiting room, and the extended wait time. The lovely building is too small to accommodate the stacked appointments.

This was the worst mamogram I have ever experienced. The technician was curt and rushed and rough. She stretched my shoulder and back and retook the xray because the first one was blurry. Worst experience. Never been the same since.

Check-in was smooth & easy. Pre-procedure RN was very informative and it was nice to have her care from beginning to end. Overall, it was a solid 4 out of 5. It’s a 4 so you’ll strive to be a 5 or perfection.
I have had many times I’ve had to have MRI. and CAT scans and I always request Advanced Imagining. I’ve been to a couple other facilities and always go back to Advanced Imagining. The staff are very kind and helpful and answer any question you may have. I highly recommend Advanced Imagining
I have had several appointments here and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes, either in the main waiting room or the changing room. The staff has always been very nice and accomodating and I’ve never felt uncomfortable with the technicians.

Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, signed some papers and was called in about 15 minutes before my appointment. Well organized . All staff were smiling and made me feel welcomed.

The most rudest schedule dept I have ever dealt with. They schedule everybody at the same time then call to try and reschedule appt you wait months for. The office on Herdon/Palm area is alot more friendly and welcoming.
I have been to the new facility at Palm and Herndon twice now. The facility is very nice, parking is easy and the staff is great. Both times I was in and out pretty quickly. This location is a longer drive for me but now that I’ve been there a couple of times and received the benefits of the new location, I don’t mind that much.

I went in as a walk in this morning and was in, treated and out within an hour. That’s great. The technician was awesome as I have chronic pain diseases and she was very kind to take that into consideration while doing my X-rays. Thank you for your promptness and kind care!

Still waiting for that returned phone call I was promised. Billing refuses to fix their error. Please ask billing to send a pre-authorization to my insurance. That’s all I need. Accolade and I have wasted hours on the phone, only for billing to refuse to do something that simple. I shouldn’t have to call again.
Nice place. This was my second procedure in 5 years. The wait time was very reasonable the staff was great. The techs were very pleasant and helpful. When i needed copies of my report, everything was handled quickly. I hope i don’t need them again anytime soon but if I do I will not hesitate to use them again.

She asked me questions as she worked & explained what she was doing. I was happy with the service they provided, it was clean. I will recommend this place.
I had a CT and MRI today. Every single employee that I came across was amazing. Very professional, explained the processes and just so compassionate.
