The PA was very good to deal with for my 11yo son however the front office staff was not friendly or willing to file both insurance primary and secondary at all would only require cash payments and you are on your own to file and get reimbursed for out of pocket.

Now exactly one year out from torn rotator cuff surgery and shoulder is fine. Wouldn’t think I’d ever had any problem with it. So great end result and Dr. Padgett’s a nice guy too. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends and have already done so.
