  1. The Daytona Beach location is a rip-off…they give you a physician’s assistant without telling you that he’s not a doctor and bill you as if you saw a doctor.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

  2. I spent almost 30 minutes calling different locations and departments seeking test results before someone finally answered the phone. Come guys, break down and spend some of the fortune you are making and hire more staff!!

  3. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Always pleasant, and more importantly, short waiting times! Dr Dersch is great and staff is friendly. I’ve been 6 times or so. Highly recommended.

  4. Dr. Gordon is great..but severely understaffed with answering phones…can’t get through to make an appt..never get live person to make an appt..last appt there were 10 people waiting to check in…owners need hire

  5. Dealing with Daytona office: Worst medical office I have ever dealt with. Cannot connect with a real person if you have immediate need. Home health care co. said they had not been advised of what they were supposed to do. Never again.

  9. Impossible to get an appointment or even the courtesy of a return call from the Oxford-Leesburg side of the office. The Oxford-Ocala side is very professional. Nobody answers the phones on the Oxford-Leesburg side. Been waiting 7 days for a return phone call despite multiple messages.

  10. One star is one too many! Just went to my follow up appointment made 5 weeks ago, after getting my confirmation call on tuesday. Left work early to go, only to be told there is no doctor in the office, and pretty much too bad for me. I will NOT be going back. Very unprofessional.

  11. I have yet to see an associated physician with this group, but I want to comment on the great job Betty does with getting new patients scheduled. She is very caring and completely professional. I wish we could clone her and put someone like her in every office! Thanks for all you do!
