i am trying to get an appointment they put me hold for hours and never answer.its been two week i could not hold of anyone .
It’s 10 am and I called only to hear no one is available at this time, this place is a 3 ring circus.
Girls are rude, they make appointment very far away even if the levels of enlarge prostate are real high its mainly the staff who are not doing there job, they just don’t want to help out the doctors, they need to get better staff and get people seen ASAP when results are not good
Have tried calling this office multiple times. I was referred here for a possible serious condition. So far nobody has picked up or returned my call.
There is lady over there is like prison keeper she was so mean with my mom that wasn’t professional at all . I thought nurses will welcome people with a friendly face and smiling but today was something else.
This is my first review ever. Really really terrible place! They have me wait in the lobby for one and half hours after appointment time. They took care other patients came in behind of us first and keep telling me it will take few more minutes for my turn.

Showed up 15 min early to sign in. Waited 15 min just to be greeted. Was told to fill out paperwork and don’t forget to hunt her down to return it? The worst front office staff ever!!! Completely incompetent. They have forgotten to send my script in twice. They have left me without medication for days and also had the nerve to blame rite aid both times. They once forgot to send in my referral for a ultrasound. That I have to take off work for.
