I worked with Debbie & Troy on an auto loan refinance, and it was about the easiest, most efficient, friendliest experience I’ve ever had. They answer all questions, and are very professional and curteous. JCFCU also has the best rates anywhere I’ve found as well, which is the cherry on top.
This is the easiest, friendliest, credit union I have found. They make banking and loans a very simple, easy process which works perfectly for me! Closed on a new car loan, by the end of the same day I applied. All online and great rates! Give it a try!
Used JCFCU for a recent car loan. Rates were the best in town, and Troy and Debbie were very helpful and responsive (especially appreciated given that it was the Friday before a holiday weekend). We have had other car loans through this credit union, and they are always great to work with. Highly Recommend!!
Too judgmental, I walked in this place and no one was welcoming at all everybody just kept looking at me. No hey or nothing and they took forever to return my call, in fact I had to call them back and ask questions like really?? Glad I was approved else where
As a shared branch I was required to enter the branch to complete my transaction with very little explanation. That diminished the experience for me. I was made to feel like lesser than for being a non advanced member . I will take this up with my credit union. Surely they wouldn’t agree to such inconveniences.
