Adventure Credit Union has been my credit union for wow many years and they have always been kind, courteous and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my financial needs. My family members are members too. Great job Adventure!!!!

I belong here…in the beginning (years ago) I was really sold on this place…but now over all I am not. Some things that have happened, have really upset me. And I am not a happy person. But I believe in belonging Only to credit unions
Been working with them since 1996. Many loans, and 2 mortgages. They went above and beyond working with me during my last refinance.
As a guardian for someone this place is terriable! The 3rd when retires/ssi comes out ive seen 20 to 25 ppl in line with only 2 or 3 tellers. The 4th 2 tellers and 6 or 8 ppl in line very slow. Even in busy times they dont prepare well. my personal bank always has more tellers and less wait time……
I can’t wait to be completely done with my loan, they always find ways to add extra money to my loan even doe I’ve maintained on time payments and I’ve always had full coverage and it they take their own time to remove the amount which messes with my credit scores, I hate them….will never recommend.
Mistreated my husband and fired him for what could only simply be put as imaginative and utterly ridiculous reasons. I would not work for or with them if you paid me a million dollars. Please choose a better banking institution or credit union to suit your needs. This place is utter garbage.

The service has really suffered over the last few years! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and they won’t even offer guidance during a crisis situation let alone any help. They absolutely DO NOT care about their customers! They’ve become heartless blood suckers who offer nothing.

I have always been very happy banking here, but they really went above and beyond the call of duty recently! Have banked with them since they were first located on Porter Street SW in 1978. The associates were always friendly and the service was excellent. Had several loans through the credit union. Number one in my book.
