Anytime I have had a problem it’s been resolved within a few hours of reporting it and in the 2 years we’ve been with them there have been very few problems. Always curious and neat when they come. They even came in icy conditions to fix our internet. Great company!!!

Aeneas’ technicians do outstanding work. The customer service department on the other hand, is so difficult to work with. If everyone worked as hard as the technicians it would be a much better experience.
Since switching from cable to aeneas for our internet needs, we have only experienced 2 brief outages which were promptly rectified. Oh, did I say we significantly reduced our cost, have better network stability and bandwidth, and experience better customer support also?

They have been on or around my property twice and both times they have destroyed my existing internet connection and left without saying a word. They did not have locates on existing DSL underground prior to trenching.

We love Aeneas Internet and Telephone! We own 2 businesses that use both their telephone and internet service and we have had no problems with dropped calls or interrupted internet. Also, if we do have a question their techs are always quick with a response. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!
