  11. Arrived at the clinic nearly two hours after they’d opened, and was informed that a primacy care provider wasn’t available. The office staff was scrambling to locate the provider that was supposed to be there supposedly. Very unprofessional and very inconvenient.

  12. I was not seen by a dr, just a nurse and I was called in an antibiotic for malaria, not the ear infection I was diagnosed with. I’ll be going to my ENT to have an actual physician diagnose and treat me. Please do not waste your time or money going to this place.
