Really tough to even speak with someone. They pick up, say hold, then never come back to the phone line. Just have to keep calling in the hope someone isn’t busy. Need to keep other patients informed too – putting them on an endless hold with no idea of when the call might be addressed helps nobody.

It’s a tight window to get a Covid test done for travel. The test has to be done within 72 hrs of the flight. The results can take up to 48 hrs.
