The parking lot has been busting at the seams every time I have been there yet they can’t employ enough people to answer the phone. No one wants to leave a voicemail and be called back later. Now for the care I have no issues but it seems they are cheaping out on customer service.
I was admitted to DCH for chest pain. Dr Titus did a stress test then immediately ordered a heart cath. Awesome dr. Awesome bedside manner. Explained everything to me and kept me calm.
This is the most wonderful group of people in Alabama. Dr. Hemstreet is absolutely the best cardiologist. He is first and foremost on top of one’s health condition. His “bedside manner” is the greatest. I will not take any other …
