Been banking here for almost 2 years. The issues I have is the accounting department. I was told they were short handed. I understand. I have left 3 voicemails for a call back. To put it simply, DON’T bank here. Every time you ask them to make a withdrawal from your CHECKING account. They insist on withdrawing from your SAVINGS account. It’s a daily thing. I honestly think they do it on purpose. Going back to my other bank.

I have used the Centre location for years and it is been great. I haven’t used the Gadsden location, but I have worked with Mike Self for quite some time in the past. He is very knowledgeable and I definitely never felt uncomfortable around him!
