I tried to report a broken water leak and there were no good numbers to call after hours. None of the numbers listed on the website worked and even when I tried calling information, the number given did not work. How are you supposed to contact them if their published numbers can’t be used!
Rude customer service. They don’t allow you to talk or explain the problem. Website allowed me to create account before service started. Login system is full of bugs. Now I am locked out.
Easy and fast and got help to fix my account to pay online and free too

Customer service was friendly and fast to set up, but a $37 activation fee for an account for water service is absolutely beyond excessive. Its not like they are even going to turn the water off and back on again, they are just going to take $37 to change the name on the bill.
Passive aggressive customer service. Won’t help determine cause for excessive water usage shown on bill….. when no one is ever home to use it!!! Zero stars.
