The ladies working here are very friendly and helpful anytime I call they go above and beyond normal customer services . Donna is a great leader and most understanding. I would recommend MUB to anyone plus bill is very reaonable
They need to get better at giving notice of when electricity is going to be turned off for hours. Last time they did this, I was in the middle of a test. Today, they turned off the electricity and didn’t knock on my door or give any type of notice until after they did it.
It’s the only place to get your power. Plus they tack on a few with every little thing they do. Whether you pay your bills by the month or pre pay its all a way for them to tack prices onto your bill so that they can take all your money!
The lady who doesn’t speak English well when having account issues makes it 10x worse because of the language barrier. She is also very rude and will argue and yell over the phone… probably resulting in the worst customer service ever. I …
MUB are seriously some low down people. A person can pay their bill on-time every single month, but the one time that an accident takes place, and someone loses their power bill money, they cannot give a 3 day extension. That is appalling …
Every once in awhile my MUB bill will get lost in the mail requiring me to call to see how much it is for the month. I don’t mind calling because the ladies at MUB are so nice and helpful. Plus, they call you things like “Sweetie” while …
They are starting to price gouge. Without any communication, they added almost $12 in miscellaneous fees, making me pay $20 for one day. Disgusting, as they also make you pay $350 if you want to go back to paying monthly rather than use prepay and make you pay more for the prepay in general.
