Water Authority does not provide consistent billing. They send out two bills at once adding late fees as they see fit and will not reasonably adjust. In my opinion the water authority skims the system and your pocket book for profit.

Terrible human beings. Absolutely uncaring monopoly on a needed service in a city that makes it illegal to collect rain water. They treat you like dirt and will smash you with extra charges. Funny that it’s part of city government yet will force you to pay them for terrible service.

Unlike many reviews here, my experience was great. The dispatcher was courteous and prompt. I asked for a heads-up call when the utility’s service unit was sent to my home.
