I think it’s absolutely sad that this company has gotten rid of so many long term employees that I have enjoyed working with through the years just to replace them with cheaper help from South Africa.
They gave me .99 cents/gal for the lp out of an old corn drying tank and sold it back to me at a substantially higher price to heat my house. Good delivery driver though.
Company had us sign contract for 1.69 per gallon. County helped us with the outrageous prepay. Now they not honoring the 1.69. not sure if there is a government agency to report these practices to. Theft in my opinion

Bought out Waterford oil forward slash franksville oil. Now removing the cylinder filling station in Waterford and also now not able to pay with credit card can only do it through PayPal paying an extra two and a half percent. Got to love it when big companies purchase out smaller companies and come in and destroy little towns.
We have no LP despite being on auto refill so now in the dead of winter with no heat. The worst part is no one answers the phone so now we have to try and find someone to come out and fill us!

Imagine the worst customer service rep you have ever worked with as far as complacency, non caring attitudes and inability to recognize problems, much less solve them. Now imagine that rep you are imagining loses 50 IQ points, there you go. That is what it is like dealing with this company.

Got an incredible offer thru Costco and Alcivia. Zach, our salesperson explained everything. Andy and Jeff, our installers, were on time, super friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and got our new furnace and AC installed and we are SUPER happy with the experience!
