Called to find out about transfer of service and my final bill got someone so rude on the phone I couldnt believe it. They wouldn’t tell me what my final bill etc. was.Really bad service. Another person that doesn’t like their job. Wow should have a minus star rating on the reviews.
Customer service was rude. No empathy. I felt like I was talking to a machine. We’ve been hung up several times as we were trying to explain our case. They’re not willing to help. It’s sad. So inhuman at a pandemic time like this.
