RIP OFF . Unbelievable what they charge for water and sewer in Alexandria. And don’t count on an accurate meter. Alexandria Renew uses the inaccurate meter readings of VA American Water, another rip off.
I am sure you provide a good service, but paying constantly more than the water bill just doesn’t make any sense. On top of that, you add late fees since day 1. Sorry but 2 out of 5
