I was pleasantly greeted at front desk and told that someone would be right out. Shortly, Julie showed me to her office and said she would clean my hearing aids, but first, were there other issues that I needed help with. She was very, very pleasant and attentive to my remarks.
Dr Ines was Super professional and very nice. The facility was very clean. Every time we go for visits for my daughter, we are greeted well. Dr Ines has always explained what is going on with our daughter which is super helpful.
