Delmary Astacio the admission field supervisor did the admission for my aunt she explained everything thoroughly in Spanish and English what each document meant. She was very professional and even explained how to clock in and out using the code to the duties. She is very driven and is great in what she does as a supervisor.
My field supervisor came out and spoke to my mom and myself because I’m the POA and she was very nice and responded to all our questions. We also had a concern and she took care of what we needed to get taken care of. We truly appreciate All American home care and Delmary Astacio.
