We signed a 3year contract which is what we were told and then 4years later when I call to cancel the service before our 5th year started… was told that I had to pay for one entire year because I didn’t give them 30 days notice? ARE YOU KIDDING ME>>>! These people are complete CROOKS. Whatever you do … Do Not USE THIS COMPANY!

All-Guard has been nothing but accommodating to my needs. As a new home buyer, Valerie was able to give me a peace of mind and answer all my questions. During the process, Sean was also very helpful. I’m glad I️ invested my time and money with this company.
Likely the worse alarm company around. For 7 years we paid these people for service with old antiquated equipment with regular increases to our service contract but no more. Service and office people are rude and there many other companies who act like they want your business to deal with that nonsense. Which we left them long ago.
Old vendor for our building, clueless board members used them, they were in 2019 still installing COAX cameras instead of IP cameras on aged infrastructure. Probably cost us an arm and a leg. Also stay away from HIKVISION as they are BLACKLISTED by the US Government.
Needed service on a non-monitored alarm system. After talking with 2 people and holding for 5 minutes was told they aren’t taking new customers and hung up.
