Don’t trust this bank with your money and personal information. They employ convicted felons who’ve been charged with forging documents who steal your personal information from your accounts.
Refuse to help. Argumentative and lies to members and changes story everytime you call. Made complaints to better business bureau and thinking of switching to another credit union after 9 years.
Be careful when you close your acccounts if you move. When using on-line banking, you will lose all access to your electronic account records. They will then charge you a $1 per statment whether they send hardcopy or by email.
