They are constantly forgetting to pick up my garbage…I don’t get it !!!,,, I’ve never missed a payment,,, I always make sure that the pails are easily accessible… and not to mention, their rates just went up AGAIN (without any mention) another $6.00 . It wouldn’t be so bad if they gave better service… I’m done with this company!!!
Trash pickup is not a problem but recycling has been missed for the last 6 attempts. Always an excuse and end up having to keep the barrel on the curb 2 extra days till they get to it. They used to come in tandem, now the recycling is no where to be found.

I have to contact them numerous times a year due to missed pickups. Also, drivers do not “pop” the loading arm to close the can once emptied which is a big issue during rain/snow….who wants a can full of water or snow/ice!
I missed my scheduled pick “put the trash out to the curb too late in the morning” made a call and explained to dispatch. He had a truck out the beginning of the week and took care of my mistake.
