I bought my house in June, had my tank filled up and the technician must have been new, he called his boss to ask how to prime the unit. 20 minutes after he left my house was on fire!
We had so much trouble getting my 96year old Dad on auto delivery. Last year. Now, he died in May and we sold his home Oct 1st and they auto delivered today to his vacant home with the chimney bricks in the front yard….that is all I have to say. Oh and we had cancelled auto deliveries in June.
Joe in customer service is friendly and scheduled us next day for delivery. We have used Alliance fuel multiple times and we are satisfied with the prices and service.
The receptionist gives the company a bad reputation. She is very rude & obnoxious. She thought I hung up when she started putting me down & bad mouthing me. She does not know the meaning of customer service.
