Very unprofessional, can never give information in a timely manner. Never informs owners of any. changes. If you can avoid this HOA, do it!!!! This complex is a dump, parking is all messed up, dog deficating everywhere. Upgrades are impossible to do, they put 1000000 steps and takes months to be approved. Biggest headache ever!
I would call this company a joke, except they are more like a nightmare. As others have said, not only unresponsive but downright nasty and will do anything to not take responsibility for their (in)actions. Stay away.
