Very first check we deposited was denied because they didnt think the acoount holder’s signature matched enough the one on record. Nice branch staff, but terrible 1st impression.
Very surprised that this bank has policies that seem to contradict consumer banking protection laws. When asked to provide a copy of said policy in writing, employees of the bank refused to do so. ā¦
