This place is absolutely AWFUL! This horrible place charged me for appointments I did not need or want, never notified me of appointments and then charged me for them. Their staff is unprofessional, rude, ignorant and only care about charging you and getting your money. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!
Poor time and patient load management. If you miss an appointment or have a mix up, they will schedule you 2-3 weeks out. I had lab results and a diagnosis to start treatment and was still told 2-3 weeks because of the scheduling mixup that wasn’t even my fault.
Does not answer the phone the majority of the time. I like my Dr, but not being able to get through to make an appointment is the first step to getting to see my Dr. and they fail.
Always have a wonderful experience with nurse Lauren Lightfoot and Dr. Tina Strickland. I am in and out quickly and they go above and beyond to answer my questions and provide the best treatment. 10/10 recommend.
