Had an awful experience with them. They put my billing code in wrong so my insurance was denied. They were hard to get in touch with and sent me to voicemail more than once. Customer service clearly needs more help or more competent employees.
Received a text saying I owe a Balkan e for a visit. Went to link and first thing it asks for is done and ssn# on a non secure web page. Tried calling the 800 number and it rings to a healthcare sales line reeks of fraud.
Impossible to work with. Number listed on invoice was an ongoing list of advertisements! Got a number off the recording, but it is not in service. Cannot find a working number. Guess Christopher Alexandrow, PA, won’t get paid! If he sues me, will make for an interesting court date. Judges don’t like this sort of flim flam.
