Sorry excuse for phone service, I’ve been calling for hours since yesterday and no one picks up. Online banking is a joke too. The complete lack of service is sad, I should have gotten my loan where they actually have customer service.

I love the bank but the online software sucks. Since your latest on line software update, I can not use ‘direct connect’ to download my transactions to Quicken. I have to dl a file then import it into Quicken which is very inconvenient. Please fix the software!
Christina Baker in the mortgage department is amazing. I thought buying a house was going to be alot more trouble than it turned out to be, and I think it’s because Christina holds your hand every step of the way . Because of her today I closed on my new home and can now say I’m a homeowner.
