Staff was friendly, it’s not their fault DCPP sends people there and people get angry, theyre just doing their job, collected hair and urine sample from me, not a thrilling experience but I did enjoy everything
The absolute rudest degrading and humiliating staff I have ever experienced. They went out of their way to be rude. They will be reported. Office is a disgraceful mess. I don’t see them as being qualified for any medical services.
The woman here cut off four of my dreadlocks leaving a bald patch in the back of my head the size of a fist. She also left gigantic half dollar sized bald patches all throughout my husband’s hair. We are both currently suing for medical malpractice. Stay AWAY.
This place is such a joke. I walked in today and rather the lady stop talking to her co-worker. Nope was ignored. I was sent across the pathway to give my sample. Told the lady behind the desk to take chest hair bc my hair is super short. Oh we can’t do that. And first of all, why is the receptionist taking samples from patients?!
They took my hair for a routine test for my new job and instead of properly sending it out to the lab, they messed up and now I have to go all the way back and spend more time money and gas and hair to get it redone. Really unprofessional and annoying.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had to give a hair follicle for DCPP and it was a nightmare. If you’re an employer or program sending a person there for a service please think twice on where you spend your money.
Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Waited 40 minutes to have sample taken with only one person in front of me. After being barked at to empty pockets the two staff began gossiping about man who was in there before me. When they noticed me still waiting the lady yelled to take my cup and go pee. Nasty people here.
Terrible place! I can’t say anything nice about them. They totally messed up my husband’s urine test for work and (miss-read) and now my husband lost his job. He had the same test done later that day through his doctor and it showed clean. …
Very miserable old women with no people skills. Incapable of basic politeness or civility and quick to argue over tedious, trivial questions what should be their job to attend to. Inconsistent advice over the phone with zero accountability …
