Absolute terrible management. They stopped sending bills via postal thus cause them to constantly charge heavy fees without any notice. Tried to speak to someone to help me with my situation. But doesn’t get any actual information or help, very shady.
They take in thousands of dollars a month and use none of it for the upkeep of the property. Absolutely worthless.
The absolute worst property management company in the business. Casa Blanca is poorly run and completely mismanaged. Stay away from this one.
Sad to almost triple the HOA fees. So many people up in arms. These people are greedy.
When I called with a concern, I was treated rudely. I was talked over and my side of the story ignored. They must take a class on how to deflect what someone is saying. The letter they sent me didn’t even address the true problem.

NOT a professional property managemet company. Roberta Reuillard seems to target certain homes and impose fines on whatever she pleases (i.e. forcing a property owner to install window screens).

This is what the head of our HOA walks by every evening on his walks. Nothing has been enforced after 4 months of complaints. The rest of our neighborhood is not happy. Lined up outside their house is a storage pod, portapot, huge dumpster and the front entry vestibule is now used as storage. EMBARRASSING! Shame on Amcor.
Ever since AMCOR took over Town Square in Phoenix I can’t remember a time when I have had to make only one call to get my issue addressed. There is very poor customer service at this company, even when someone does return your call. From my interactions with AMCOR, I would not recommend this company to another HOA.
