Made an appointment for Covid testing. From the phone call to the actual visit and testing everyone was so kind and professional. They truly care about their patients.
For covid rapid text they require you to wait outside in the 100 degree heat to fill out a form, they don’t leave the forms outside. Death by heat stroke waiting for your covid test.
I waited here almost 45 mins and the woman at the front desk still had not put me in the system because “it was busy” and there were only about 3 people who had been in here before me. The lady at the front desk was rude and very unfriendly. This place is as slow as they can possibly be.
The short black haired lady was really mean to me in a vulnerable time and I cried when I got in my car because she was so nasty when I needed help, I apologized for coming in close to closing but I worked all day and that was the only time I could come, not that I should even have to explain myself and she was still being so rude.
