Tyson Torres took 13 days to respond to our email about the status of our mortgage refinance. We called and were transferred to his office; it rang for 10 minutes until we hung up. He emailed today and said he wasn’t in yesterday. This isn’t the customer service we’ve come to expect from AMFCU after being members since 2015.
