This credit union is armature at best. There is no cash given out over the counters and they treat you disrespectful all the time. But if you want to close your accounts, you have to wait for them to send you a check. This credit union is ran just like the airline…..avoid them !!!!!!!

Easy to use and make deposits since I have an out of state credit union, American airlines credit union, participAtes with the co-OP program which is great and convenient.
It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. They also have great service, with every employee having a smile on their face doing the job they love.

Good rates and excellent service. Rarely more than a few people in line for tellers. Cashless so you can make a deposit but have to use one of the ATM’s to withdraw. ATM’s take check and cash deposits.
An account holder for years, I am so disappointed. I have both business and personal checking and savings accounts and the when they say the new online banking experience has landed they mean it has crash landed! HOURS on the phone with multiple disconnects and no resolution. HORRIBLE accountability and customer service.

I got a wonderful mortgage here. The mortgage process was so easy. The bank has always been very helpful to me. I love their policy of instantly crediting check deposits to your account, instead of holding them for days like other banks do.

Nice place ,the only thing i don’t really like about AA , they don’t offer two days early direct deposit for your payment, if you have direct deposit with them, your money will be deposited Friday morning instead of Wednesday like chime or welfargo, they need to fix that, because all the bank are doing 2 days early direct deposit
