Fairly rude- your name/information gets lost in the shuffle as soon as they get your cash. Also quick to make appointments and not show up.

I live in Houston and have an Annuity account with American Home Life Insurance Co. Any time I have had a question they have answered it promptly and have always been courteous. Their customer service is much better than dealing with a huge corporate company.
Ok my mother-in-law payed into this company for several years she passed away from covid complications it took them 5 mos to pay then only payed 1/3 of what policy was for if you are paying them your love ones is only going to get 1/3 or less of the policy value trust me I can show proof
