The worst customer service ever, spoke with both tammy and pam and both caught an attitude with me. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Im glad i filled bankruptcy it droppef my apr from 14.6 to 4.3.
Stan is the best he always works with me to help. Even during Covid and me having to bounce from job to job Stan has helped me during these difficult trying times. If I had to go thru AIFinace again I most definitely will. Thank you Stan for all you do.Your the best
Teresa is rude and called my phone 3times in less than a min over a payment a day late. Now since everybody is having issues with this company then we all need to notify BBB and file harassment charges

Signed deal for 420$ a month. Set up to pay 105$ weekly, was ahead 3 weeks on my payments. My son went off to collage and I needed extra cash so I skipped 2 weeks of payments thinking it was alright with me being ahead. Called and talked to ā¦
I wish I would have seen the reviews before I got financed with this company. They have been rude on the phone when speaking to me. They rush me off the phone and don’t even say they are hanging up. I hear of a grace period yet they tell ā¦
I have never been spoken to so nasty in my entire life. There is a grace period that is on apart of the contract that is NOT being upheld. In trying to keep open communication with them it went to totally wrong when I had to speak with Pam ā¦
