This place sucks will not work with you poor customer service nobody knows a trying get transferred and on hold for a hour before get to talk to someone then still have problems I hate this bank
Horrible customer service. Was turned away 10 mins before closing because they didnt want to stay past 12. Thinking of closing my accounts because of lack of customer service.
I will be honest, I found American National security features really annoying; THAT IS UNTIL I NEEDED IT!! Been really happy with this bank’s commitment to security!
Waited through a whole signal cycle at 90th and Dodge and the bank sign never once mentioned Salvation Army and how the fundraiser is doing. Just promos for the bank.
I moved and notified them of my new address the previous month, they did not update my address so I never received my updated bank info. I called and was only a few days late the bank was not helpful. They were rude and lied about not seeing an address update. I will never do business with this group again. Awful service
If you actually get through to talk to a real person, then the experience has been acceptable. Calling them is difficult and I have yet been unable to set up automatic payments online

The online system is constantly in a state of chaos, it has become a huge pain in the keister to access. Recently, they said I was logged in but they couldn`t retrieve my data!! How nice..
