Worst place to get things done. Did my X-Rays and reported that bill on my Credit without sending me the bills. Amount was 4-5 times higher than other place….
I was admitted into the ER Sept. 3, 2009 with a complete bowl obstruction, they performed surgery on me, and after all was said and done my surgen Dr. Edward Taylor told me that if I had waited 10th more minutes I would have died. wo I owe my life to Dr.Taylor. thank you for everything you have done for me
Received a bill from collection agency and when I called American Radiology, I was told that they had sent me a bill in Oct and since I didn’t make the payment they had send the bill to collection agency in Nov. Just ridiculous.
I had a CT done at Baylor downtown. 5 months pass and I got a letter in the mail from a collections agency on behalf of american radiology. I NEVER GOT A ORIGINAL BILL FROM THIS GROUP AT ALL!! They automatically sent it to collections!! What a crooked group.
Very overpriced. They tried to charge my husband 16,000.00for nerve conduction study, codes 95900, 95903, 95904. Which normally charge 300-600$. I just don’t understand how con artists n increased price scams can easily be overlooked. They need intervention.

Zero stars! They never submitted my charges to insurance or sent me a bill. The first I knew of the open account was when it showed up as a collection on my credit report. Highly unsatisfied.
If I could assign zero stars I would. They never submitted my claim with insurance carrier and submitted it straight to collections. This is the third year in a row this has happened to me related to my mammogram.
They claimed to have sent me a bill that I never received, and sent it to a collections agency less than 30 days later. The bill was for $30 dollars, which I would have paid immediately if these vampires even attempted to contact me.

Never sent me a bill but they sent me to collections over $20.45. These people are absolute trash. They should be investigated and their license to practice medicine revoked. Do NOT do business with them. If your doctor sends you there insist on going some place else.
The people that do your imaging are amazing. The people who do your billing are the worst. If I give you confirmation paperwork of coverage and it’d approved submit it!!! You have one job. Seriously. I will never get referred here again. I literally gave you what you needed to get paid and you couldn’t even do that.

truly deserve 0 Star, they will send patients bills without filling the claim to the insurance, no claim or explanation of benefits received from the insurance, even after communicated with them several times
