When I made the appointment they didn’t tell me they were two locations and I went to Pembroke which I normally did. It was the wrong one. This is the second time my husband’s appointment was cancelled without giving us a heads up even though his insurance approved his imaging. I work in the medical industry and I know how lazy staff can get just so they can avoid talking with the patient about an appointment cancellation through the phone.
