Fraud company. Aetna dropped them in PA.
Zero stars isn’t possible so here’s your 1. ASH is the devil.
No physical therapist chiropractor or anybody else should use this company complete waste of time

Terrible customer service. It’s exactly like they don’t want you to reach anyone for assistance. I’ve tried for 3 days, waiting on the phone over an hour, emails, etc… …
If I could give no stars, I would! They were hideous and could not acknowledge an “autopopulate” error on their end that resulted in them saying I had two broken elbows instead of a broken elbow and a broken collarbone. Cigna should drop them!!!
Horrific! I’ve been trying to get 15 claims processed for over a year. I’ve submitted paperwork SIX times and my doctor has spoken with them on several occasions. They simply say they have no record of any of this… What a racket. Avoid this company like the plague!
They approved the sessions then denied all claims! This is typical ASH style!
Zero stars should be given. They do not provide EOB’s for all the claims they deny. They only send EOBs for the ones they approve. This is a violation of the Affordable Healthcare Act. I’ve been trying for months to get 6 months of claims …
Like many other reviews, wish I could leave zero stars! Deemed PT “medically unnecessary” my wife’s 2 bulged discs at L4 and L5 with sciatic nerve pain in both legs. They initially approved visits that were interrupted by COVID closures and then would not approve additional visits after her back injection. Disappointing!
American Specialty Health has an incredibly positive work culture as an employee. As a participant of the Active&Fit program, I have access to a huge network of gyms and options for home fitness. Love the workout videos that help me stay active during Covid!

Wish it was possible to give them negative stars. AHS is the worst. Cigna has contracted them for physical therapy services and Cigna provides 90 calendar days of PT per year under my plan. Too bad I can’t actually get any of them approved …
