  1. Horrible customer service dont fill out the online application, theyll never get back to you. Even if you call and speak to 5 different people all they will do is say, “We’ll call you back”. Take your business elsewhere!

  5. This bank never registers my check on the date it is dated for. My little check arrives on the day before the 1st of each month and is not available to my use until the 3rd or 4th of the month. I do like the bank and the staff.

  8. Used to be a good bank, now they have the worst customer service. Doesn’t really reflect what credit unions is supposed to be like. Their security is so lax, I am afraid my information is going to be stolen. For a bank that is supposed to serve the local community i’d say they fail in so many ways.
