Drive thru service at WJ location is awful. You can be the only car in the lot, and it will still take up to 11 minutes for a quick transaction. Finally complained again (new staff…always changing). They flat out said it’s faster to come in, they don’t pay that much attention to the drive thru.

This bank is a fraud. I closed an account for an auto loan months ago. They then continued to charge me the monthly payment and put it into an account I never signed up for. After I closed that account they continued to charge me monthly. This month alone they have pulled $1200 out of my account with out my permission.
