This KC company has been around for many years. They are located downtown and within easy walking distance of several attractions including Barney Ellis plaza.
Incredibly rude when I called to receive help with claims. I work at a medical clinic and the lady was completely unwilling to help me with the issue. She kept repeating the same thing without trying to further understand what I was saying. Highly unimpressed
By far the worst and unprofessional insurance company I’ve ever came across. They over charged me EVERY month and any time I’ve called the representatives are VERY rude and disrespectful. I do NOT recommend anyone to use their services…EVER!
Americo does not use in-house agents. Problems involving not knowing what you’re purchasing have to do with 3rd party agents who sell for multiple companies and you should probably deal with an agent you trust instead. I have never had an issue with this company.
