I’ve called many times and nobody answers or returns my messages
Despite calling and verifying three different times about a surgery, they still refused to pay and stuck me with the bill.
Cheap insurance doesn’t wanna cover meds that actually are proven to help. They make you try all the cheap meds first.
If I end up with something serious because they were to cheap to use the procedure my Doctor recommended LOOK OUT!
Trying to get a straight answer from these people about getting DME is like trying to catch a well oiled pig.
They are the absolute worst. Their service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not give care and the owner has absolutely no empathy. And they do not know how to schedule.

Tough to find providers who accept Amerihealth Caritas. Those who do have a 1 or 2 star rating and/or a 6 month waiting list. I’m thousands of dollars in debt for situations which, according to Amerihealth, have no copay. Not happy.
