They can’t handle extra payments to principal. You have to hound them every. single. time. in order for them to apply payments properly and not remove interest early.

Literally the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with. Extremely difficult to setup auto pay. Website is constantly down and when you notify them, they give you a phone option for a fee. Customer service very unhelpful. May refinance just to avoid this horrible company.
Web site is difficult to navigate and make a payment, could not find auto pay instructions. This Co. charges you to pay with both E check and or debit. Guess I will send a check in hopes they don’t charge me for applying payment to my account. I’m prefer not to give any stars but will give one.

i had an old loan with them. it was paid off but however they report to credit agencies, it looks like it’s “charged off.” I have asked, emailed but nothing changes. if you’re dealing with them, keep track of your credit report.
