$15 late fee, $35 returned check fee, $5 online convenience fee and they only allow 14 days to mail the check back from the date they mail out the bill. Just seems a bit high for a utility bill that rarely exceeds $30 to begin with.
If i could give them zero stars, I would. This company makes money by scamming people. They do their best to make paying your bill inconvenient, then charge you a 5 dollar convenience fee each month. Set up Bill Pay with your bank and don’t use this company.

They errored a rent payment that was never sent to my bank resulting in a late fee as well as a payment bounce fee. Then when trying to call to get it solved the associate hung up and after calling back no one was available to take a call again.
Literally no one ever answers the phone here or calls back. I have been trying to reach someone at their listed number for two weeks. I’ve even wrote emails and no one returns my calls to the phone number I’ve sent via email. As a business owner myself this is extremely unprofessional.
No one knows what they are doing and it’s taking me 2 weeks so far to get a refund, feels like they don’t want to give me my money back for getting over charged.
