Anchorage Pediatric Group Reviews ( 24 )

  1. Doctors and nurses are awesome but frontdesk staff are NOT, specially checkout/billing. I dont have insurance and the lady at the checkout looked at me with a very judgemental look and said are you goin to pay today?

  2. We’ve been going there with our first baby for a few months. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and professional. But, the front desk and check out desk folks are not friendly at all. I hope they are nicer when they answer phones and talk to the parents at the desks.

  3. I had to swtich to a different ped office because I feel like they did not give my children enough care and attention. also the nurses and doctors kind of talked down to us as if we are uneducated parents. The front desk is also unfriendly …

  4. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE APG!!! Dr. Elliott is who both of my kids see and she is absolutely wonderful! They always get us in right away, we never have to wait for appointments and the staff is amazing and so kind!!

  5. Curt and disrespectful. That is how I would summarize my experience at APG over the last 10 years. Alaska Center For Pediatrics is hands-down the better choice. We switched, so can you.

  6. Dr Elliott is wonderful!! It’s a great peace of mind to have weekend hours available, and to have centralized records if our kids need to see someone other than Dr Elliott. I have always found them to be reassuring and helpful.

  7. All 3 of my young (3 months to 6 years) children have Dr. Elliott as their pediatrician. She is wonderful and knowledgeable. She is gentle with children which is nice, but most importantly she all over their health and well being at our …

  8. 4 years ago when we first moved to Anchorage from Fairbanks my girls got sick and I didn’t have a doctor for them here yet. I went to Providence Information Desk to see if they had a list of pediatricians and a lady nearby overheard and …

  9. Dr. Susan Beesley has been seeing our kiddo (now almost 2 years old) and we’ve had nothing but great things to say about the office from the very first weight check on. We were given excellent guidance on breastfeeding and weight gain in …

  10. Switching pediatricians. I brought my son in because he wouldn’t move his neck and full on screaming throughout the night which is extremely not normal for him – the nurse and doctors I seen did not acknowledge that and said he’s probably …

  11. My kids have been patients at APG for about 5 years and usually everything was good for routine visits. However when we called on the weekend because my son was very sick and needed to talk to a doctor triage nurse was extremely resistant …

  12. We love APG – we see Dr. Beesley and we have nothing but good things to say about everyone. She is so down to earth and helpful, her nurse is amazing, and everyone is so kind. I’ve called the front desk with a million questions and they are …
